Hey guys,

Take a look at this video I made showing how I weed out all the unqualified oDesk applicants before I even take the time to read the resumes and set-up interviews.

I will upload a follow-up video (Odesk Applicant Screening Pt 2) on Thursday going into a detail about how I interview the potential candidates after I have removed the unqualified ones from my list.

Will you let me know in the comments section below how many applicant you received from your job postings? As you can see from the video, Lal received 110 as of this post. It’s been just about 24 hours since he posted the job on oDesk last night. How many applicants did you receive?
